On March 22, 2024, representatives of the National University of Pharmacy took part in the international scientific conference “Contemporary pharmacy: Issues, Challenges and Expectations 2024” at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU), Kaunas, Republic of Lithuania. The conference was personally attended by prof. Victoriya Georgiants, prof. Oleh Koshovyi, Assoc. prof. Olha Mykhailenko, Assoc. prof. Julia Masliy, Assoc. prof. Halyna Kukhtenko, Assoc.prof. Nataliya Gerbina, graduate students Andranik Kutsanyan and Viktoria Hurina, 3rd year graduate of the Higher Secondary School of Pharmacy Tetiana Serhiienko. In addition, 19 poster presentations were presented at the conference with the participation of students, postgraduates and scientists of the National University of Pharmacy in a distance format.

Prof. Victoriya Georgiants (moderator of the plenary session) and Assoc.  prof. Olha Mykhailenko (member of the commission for evaluating poster presentations) were involved in the organization of the conference.

Oral presentations at the conference were made by prof. Victoriya Georgiants, prof. Oleh Koshovyi and Assoc.prof. Olha Mykhaylenko.

Graduate student of the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department Hurina Victoria won the prize of the poster presentation competition among young scientists (third degree diploma).
