Research internship in UCL School of Pharmacy, London, Great Britain

From February 1, 2023, Dr. Olha Mykhailenko, Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department began a research internship at the UCL School of Pharmacy, London, United Kingdom, within the CARA (the Council for At-Risk Academics) Fellowship Programme.

During the internship, it is planned to increase the level of theoretical and practical training, conduct scientific research using modern equipment and technologies, master the latest unique methods, gain experience in conducting scientific research activities, ensure information exchange and expand scientific contacts.

The planned scientific internship is under the leadership of Prof. Michael Heinrich, Research group “Ethnopharmacology & pharmacognosy”, Pharmaceutical and Biological Chemistry department , also consultative work is carried out with the support of Prof. Gareth Williams, Head of Pharmaceutics Department. As part of the scientific internship, it is planned to carry out scientific experiments, publish scientific articles, and present reports at international conferences. The general purpose of the visit is to improve professional qualifications.
